Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and health through martial arts achieve significantly greater results when an effective teacher can guide you, motivate you, and educate you.
Teachers provide accountability and discipline. A good teacher will also make sure that you don't damage your body when training. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, to train. While there is risk, proper training keeps it to a minimum.

Flexibility & Strength Training
There are a variety of additional classes that will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance and perseverance for both the mind & body. Workouts in Bo Staff Conditioning and Samurai Sword Conditioning ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring.

You will be shown techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come based on the philosophies of the Ninja & Samurai.
CONDITIONING CLASSES - (CO-ED CLASSES)
All three Conditioning classes offer not only a physical workout, but a mental workout as well, as every movement helps you to get in touch with your inner self. You do NOT have to know martial arts to participate.
You can wear normal workout clothes in the combination class. All classes require a reservation. Classes are small for a better teaching and learning experience.
The Bo Staff Conditioning class uses a 6 foot wooden stick, and includes stretching, aerobics, and martial arts based movements. This class rotates every Sunday at 10:30 am with both the Samurai Sword Conditioning class and the Combo Bo Staff/Samurai Sword Class.
The Samurai Sword Conditioning class uses a wooden sword, includes stretching, aerobics, and martial arts movements based on the Kukishin lineage of martial sword fighting. This class rotates every Sunday at 10:30 am with both the Ninja Bo Staff Conditioning class and the Combo Bo Staff/Samurai Sword Class.
COMBO Ninja Bo Staff/Samurai Sword Conditoning class
This Class is 1/2 Bo Staff and 1/2 Samurai Sword all packed into an 60 minute workout.
You can pay per class or on a monthly basis. Whether you are just beginning a workout, or work out all the time, students of all levels are encouraged to attend.
